Hunter Biden’s Memoir Details His Addiction To Crack

Set to be released on April 6th, Hunter Biden’s memoir, “Beautiful Things”, details his journey with cocaine addiction. There are a few excerpts from the memoir that the New York Times has posted. At the young age of 8, Hunter had his first drink, which led to a lifetime of drug and alcohol abuse. When he was in his 20s, he said he would drink “five times more than anyone else”. During Joe Biden’s vice presidency, Hunter Biden’s alcoholism got so bad that he would go on vodka benders. He says, “I’ve been so desperate for a drink that I couldn’t make the one-block walk between a liquor store and my apartment without uncapping the bottle to take a swig.” On top of his alcohol addiction, Hunter would also buy crack cocaine and cook it inside his hotel room. At the peak of Hunter’s cocaine addiction, he invited a homeless addict he would buy crack from to move in with him.

His family was extremely worried about him and urged him to seek cocaine addiction treatment. After multiple attempts of going to rehab, Hunter relapsed. If you have a loved one that is battling addiction and they’re not realizing the destruction that their substance abuse has caused, these could be signs it’s time to stage an intervention.

Hunter Biden’s family held an intervention for him and luckily, he finally got sober.
