AB 2081 – Disclosure Requirements for SUD Programs: Beginning January 1, 2025, licensed alcoholism or drug abuse recovery facilities and certified alcohol or drug programs must disclose their licensing/certification status on their websites and admission forms. This includes a link to the DHCS webpage listing facilities on probation or with revoked/suspended licenses. The link is listed below:
